Heaven is higher up but, those who sojourn in this place, will surely have a sample of it. In fact it is from here in Nocelle (hamlet of Positano) that the famous walk known as “Pathway of the gods” starts. (It is advisable to go on this walk with the local guides that you find in the area). Anyhow, to admire an extraordinary panorama you really do not need to move too much; in fact it is sufficient to stay in the ample garden of the villa embellished with secular oak trees and admire Positano, the Li Galli islands and the island of Capri. The villa, which also has a back garden with a pizza oven (available with the help of a pizza chef) and a barbecue, has new and tasteful furnishings, air conditioning and central heating so that a pleasant stay is guaranteed in every season of the year. Private swimming pool, private outdoor Jacuzzi, parking facilites in the nearby small square from where local buses leave frequently for the center of Positano (about 5 km). Small restaurant and grocery shop at about 100 mt (delivery available).

Typology
You reach the villa from a small street that is not far away from the square where you park the car (small cars recommended). Going up about 50 steps, here is the first entrance where is the upper part of the villa. You have a private swimming pool of 28 sq. m. (1.20-1.50 deep) equipped with sunbeds, sunshades, tables and external shower with changing room, an ample terrace of 80 sq. m. with view of Positano, the Galli islands and Capri and a good-sized garden of 500 sq.m. (at the back of the villa another garden with pizza oven and a barbecue).

There is a second entrance from the car parking going down about 130 steps.

The villa, made up of three units, is composed of:

– Top Villa: ample entrance-hall/living-room with a bed settee and an equipped kitchenette; a bathroom with shower. From the left-hand side of the living-room, you have access to 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom with direct access to the panoramic terrace and another double bedroom. Sleeps 4.

From the first entrance, there are about 30 steps going down.

– Middle Villa: living-room with bed settee and an equipped kitchenette; bathroom with shower. Tasteful double bedroom with access to another equipped terrace with sea view. Sleeps 2; with bed settee sleeps 3.

You will reach the Middle Villa going down about 10 steps from the Top Villa.

– Bottom Villa: entrance hall/living-room with double bed settee, fireplace and equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Going down a few steps, you reach another bedroom with fireplace and two large single beds where 4 people can sleep comfortably and another bathroom with shower. Private 70 sq. m. sea-view terrace equipped with private outdoor Jacuzzi, sunbeds and sunshade. Sleeps 6.

From the Middle Villa there are about 35 steps going down to enter this property.

Sleeps 12; with bed settee 13.

The housekeeper lives in a separate area. This is to guarantee complete assistance to guests, in total respect of your privacy.
